Therapy Approach

Inspired Life Counseling offers innovative methods for exploring one's innermost thoughts, feelings, and situations that frequently result in anxiety, depression, anger, and emotional distress. Let's explore the past, be curious about the present, and make a straightforward, compassionate plan for the future.

One of the therapeutic approaches I use is Internal Family Systems (IFS).

IFS helps individuals explore their individual emotions and internal "parts" to better understand and work with their inner world. IFS is a journey of self-discovery where we learn to identify and appreciate the good intentions of each part or emotion within ourselves. Understanding our internal world helps us gain more control over our emotions. Our goal is to work to bring all the inner parts together in a more balanced, peaceful, and healthy way.
